🐉Guardians
The most unique feature of Emerald Shores is the ability to obtain and hatch Guardian Eggs thanks to the island's very own Dr. Zoe and her dedication to preserving the local fauna.
Guardians are separated into four tiers, with each tier possessing unique perks, and they are as follows:
Blossom Guardian: A small, decorative pet that follows you around.
Apex Guardian: A mountable pet that can help you fight enemies.
Mythical Guardian: A small pet that has special abilities, can help you fight enemies and perform spells.
Eternal Guardian: A dragon that can evolve from a baby to fully grown, can fly and be mounted, help you fight enemies and perform spells.
You can obtain Guardian Eggs by:
- Reaching Farming and Mining milestones, more information can be found in the previous two guides.
- Buying them from the /voteshop. Keep in mind that only Blossom and Apex tier eggs are available for purchase that way.
- Composting fruits into the Emerald Shores Farm Compost Shed. Keep in mind that only Blossom and Apex tier eggs can be obtained that way.
- The Relic Seeker upgrade for the Emerald Shores pickaxe. Keep in mind that only Blossom tier eggs can be obtained that way.
- Exclusive event Blossom Guardians. They do not require hatching.
Being proactive in harvesting fruits and mining ores not only helps you gain access to the Guardian Eggs but is also an essential part of hatching said eggs and levelling up your Guardians, also known as pets. Once you get your hands on an egg, head over to the Emerald Shores Lab and speak to Dr. Zoe. She will provide a list of requirements as well as the amount of time it takes for an egg to hatch.
Once your pet hatches, you can use the command /pets to summon your pet and get more information on its tier, favorite type of fruit and the type of perks it provides. Leveling up your pets will provide you with extra storage space, as well as special perks for each tier. Feeding your pets their favorite fruits is important as they provide more experience and help you level them up faster.
